Passing Period ( Luis/Todd/ Tremor/ OPEN)

Luis had to double check on his hand to make sure it was the right locker. Within the boys hand was a note that he carefully wrote during one of his class; even though he was bright he was still easily distracted with all the things happening. It also didnt help that some of his class even had fish tanks and often times he would catch himself listening to the conversations with the fish. If he listened closely, he would be able to hear really good gossip.

"66" He read off his hand and tippy toed so he could slip the note into Tremors locker. Once he did that he turned and instantly felt his heart drop from someone watching him. " argh!" Luis yelped, he wasnt expecting to see anyone!

" What are you doing?" Todd asked with his brow cocked, of course he knew who Luis was after the big mission the other day. Within his own hand was his tablet, he wouldnt go anywhere without it. In fact, if it was taken away he wouldnt know what to do!

"You scared me" Luis admitted with a soft tone, his brows furrowed deeply as he stuffed his hands in his over sized hoody pockets. " ...I.. I wanted to give Tremor a note."

"Yeah I can see that.." Todd nodded and made his way next to Tremors locker, he put in his own code and started to get the supplies he needed for his next class. " Why dont you just talk to him? Hes coming down the hallway now"

As Tremor made his way down the hallway, a pathway seemed to open up around him as people avoided the 'weird' Cromwell. Tremor had never really noticed it personally, and had for the most part simply taken advantage of the space. As he turned the corner towards his locker, a small smile of amusement crossed over his face to see the mini-crowd gathered around the space. "I've been here 4 years, usually people don't crowd around my locker," he called out in a teasing voice as he got close. "What's going on?" he asked as he reached in to open the locker up, instantly seeing the note that was inside. He furrowed his brow a little as he looked down to read it, his ears fully open to listen to conversation as well.

Luis looked up to see the Cromwell approaching and when he actually got to his locker his heart dropped to his stomach from nervousness. Yeah he always thought Tremor was weird and even though he was nice enough to help with his friend Echo, the fact that he could do those kinds of abilities only added to the weird factor. One thing was for sure, he didnt ever want to be on the warlocks bad side. As the Cromwell opened to reveal the note, it had Luis handwriting that read. Thank you for helping my friend. Echo is very greatful. What are we going to do about the others? They need help as much as my friend does. If you have any ideas, I would like to know them. My locker is number 16. -Luis

Todd got everything he needed from his locker and carefully closed it before looking at the Senior. " Hey Trem" The boy greeted, actually feeling a little easy talking to him after everything that happened.

" I wasnt suppose to be here when you read it." Luis defended, feeling emberassed that the Cromwell was standing in front of him reading his note. " But its true what I wrote."

"What did you write?" The programmer asked and peaked over to try and get a glimpse of what Luis wrote.

"Hey Todd," Tremor replied as he felt a small smile cross his face as he read over the note and looked back up at the two boys, his eyes lingering on Luis as he handed the note over to Todd. There was no reason, he felt, that Todd wasn't entitled to see it as well and the Senior took it upon his own initiative to show it off. "Tell Echo I said 'you're welcome," he started off before his expression started to go serious again. "I can probably get my brothers to help out with the others... but we might need more than that. We got in and out last time because we had only one target... we're going to have to search for the others to make sure we don't leave any behind."

At that point, he turned to Todd. "Now that we know the place, do you think you can get us some maps so we have a better idea what we're doing?" He and his brothers, while not formally trained, did have a fairly good grasp of what it took to wage a skirmish, with the paintball tournaments they fought in along with Skylar's undying devotion to games like Modern Warfare and Halo. The requests actually seemed natural. "And... we're probably gonna have to do something soon, before they try to move everyone..." he added, continuing with the tasks of swapping out his books as if they were talking about the weather or something.

When Tremor handed him the note he carefully reached for it and started to read the small message that Luis wrote himself. " Your.. brothers?" Todd asked with somewhat of a surprised look and peaked over to look at the oldest boy. It was already weird enough that he was actually talking to one of the Cromwells, but to get all 3 of them together? " ..are they.. you know? like.. you? Not that its a bad thing its just.. well, things are starting to come together." Todd admitted, if the other boys was anything like Tremor than the weird rumors about odd things happening had an explanation!

"Whats coming together?" the youngest asked with his brows furrowed with confusion. " whose his brothers?" Luis was much too young to know about the legendary Cromwells, sure hes heard about Tremor since he was the only one left.

"Skylar and Cade Cromwell." Todd answered the freshmen and pursed his lips to the side before handing the note back to Tremor. " Just.. keep it down will you?" The sophmore requested with a hused tone and looked over at his tablet. The programmer tapped the screen and started to look through several apps. " Yeah, I'll be able to print us maps. If your planning on heading back over there, its more than likely that they will be ready for us. "

"i can help" Luis added with another anxious tone. " I have plenty of friends. You saw them help us last time."

" ..theres one thing im wondering about though." Todd looked over at the two and shook his head. " how were they able to get Echo the first time?"

" They have access to the parks, the animal parks. I dont think theyre real since theyre experimenting on them but when I went to try and save Echo for the first time the guard tried to stop me. He said there were other animals there, even from the san diego zoo."

"I'll have to look into that." The programmer nodded and quickly jotted a note for himself on his pad. " But Tremors right, we cant wait too long. If we do they could get away."

Tremor tilted his head a little as he looked quizzically over at Todd. "They're my brothers," he answered simply, in fact allowing that to be the only answer that he provided before he turned back towards Luis. He wasn't going to confirm or deny what he and his brothers could do, simply allowing the others to draw their own conclusions if they wanted to. The simple fact of the matter was that with something like this, he absolutely was going to have his brothers involved. There was no other way to ensure success, in his mind.

"You know, at some point, we're going to have to figure out exactly what they're doing and why. We can release everyone they've captured, but until we stop the root cause, there's no way that we'll ever be able to stop them from just taking more." He stopped and shut his locker, biting his lip a little. "Did Echo tell you anything about them? Anything that'll help us get at the people who are actually doing this instead of just the facility?"

"Nothing I didnt already tell you guys" Luis admitted and adjusted his over sized backpack on his shoulder, he bit his lip and eyed the two older boys. " I mean, I can talk to him later on today and see if we can try and get some informatin. That or I can maybe get the seagulls to try and listen in on something; but other than that~"

"So.. just so I can get my facts straight. Are you able to talk to animals? like, all of them?" Todd asked with a casual tone, his voice only loud enough so it was them who could hear it.

"Its complicated; I cant talk to every animal.. I tried talking to other things like Snakes, Gerbils, Hamsters? They dont seem to talk back as much as sea animals do. "

"But Seagulls arent"

"Like I said, its complicated" Luis defended with his brows furrowed, he never had to explain his ability to anyone. Roxas thought he was weird and he didnt care that he thought that; but truth be told he didnt even understand his own capabilites.

" well, I'm guessing thats the only thing we can do for now. Have a couple of your friends listen in on the people over there and give us as much information as you can." Todd looked up towards the clock in the hallway and not long after the bell rang to warn students that class was going to start in 5 minutes. " Here" Todd quickly reached for a pen in his pocket and nodded towards Luis and Tremor. " You guys got paper? I want to give you my contact number just in case.'

"Yeah I have paper" The youngest responded and quickly reached for his notebok, he tore off a loose leaf paper and handed it to the operator.

" Keep in touch.. and dont do this on your own Luis. we're getting into some pretty serious stuff' Todd warned and scribbled his number on the paper, afterwards he handed each of hte boys his number.

Tremor nodded in agreement with Todd as he looked over the scribbled number for a moment before sliding it into his pocket. "Todd... you'll be the central contact..." he instructed, mostly figuring it would just be easier than trying to get even more paper and phone numbers written down and still make it to class on time for all three of us. "Just let me know when and where, and I'll make sure all three of us are there. Skylar and Cade won't argue with me if I tell them it's somethin' important." He let his gaze shift back over towards Luis for a few seconds as a light smile crossed over his face. "Trust me, we'll save your friends, alright?" he offered, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder for half a second before he started to head off towards his class. English; one of the two classes he had to still complete in order to graduate. As he walked, he shook his head, wondering why in the hell they needed to take 12 years of their own native language in order to make it through high school?!?
